Todays visit....not so great. My favorite nacho fries were ice cold and hard and my burrito wasn't to hot either.

Quickly becoming one of the worst Taco Bells in Charlottesville. The person who works drive-thru every day takes forever to take... your order and then makes you wait at the speaker before pulling up to the window. This has happened multiple times to me. TodayI got fed up and drove past and saw the drive-thru worker leaning over the counter talking to other employees with nobody at thewindow. Never returning! They didn't even take our order. We stood there for 10 mins and a lady came up to us and said she doesn't have anyone take our... order and to use the kiosk. Then they gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea and was telling everyone that their drinkmachine was broke. Well we tired the drink machine and it worked. They got the nachos right, they didn't get the taco correct (no sour cream means no sour cream. I paid for extra cheese, i want... it), nor did they get the soda correct (idk how you mess up Sierra Mist, its not soda water. Nobody ever wants sodawater). Also they guy at the window didn't say "hello" or anything when I pulled up to the window. Did nothing but staredaggers at me.
