A family business with arguing workers and screaming, crying kid in the kitchen. Chicken was over cooked. It took almost an hour... to get our take out order. Read more
Love this place! Very friendly staff and the food is always delicious! Highly recommended!!!
Phone order process was very painful. Had a takeout menu and providing the numbers and descriptions was met with questions that... didn't make sense. When picking up the order I found out the issues when I asked why the price was higher than on the menu Ihave at home. They have another menu at the counter with different prices and possibly different items that come with theorder....it looked like a dine in menu that they aren't doing anymore. I looked at the takeout menus that were on the counterand they were identical to mine at home. They told me they were in the process of changing the menus.....but they are stillhanding out the old ones?? Anyway, a few $ more wasn't a huge deal.....BUT I have taken out probably 4-5 times this year andenjoyed the food. This time the food was completely different...bland! Adding my name to the list of unhappy people. If I could give it zero stars and still post I would! I ordered general tso's... yesterday for a lunch pick up. The man picked it up and took it to work. At 7 he calls me and says "this is either the worstgeneral's chicken or it's sweet and sour which I hate" he said the sauce was on the side. I told him that was sweet and sourthen. I called them to ask about the error. They said unless We return the food there's nothing they can do about it. What wouldthey have done with the food? Would they have put it back into containers to feed to other people that call in? He had it atwork He needed to eat something so he ate that. This place is an absolute joke!
