I had mixed emotions about the reviews on this place, I wanted to clarify that as of this message there are 2 men on staff,... where as what I've seen a lot of negative reviews involve primarily men neglecting to help because they were trying to "showoff??" 1 is the manager and 1 is very nice employee. The rest of the female staff are very nice and honest when I asked aboutthat stuff. The prices are a little on the pricier side, but the products and ice cream purchased here are worth the try. Theyoffer in store and take out, and unfortunately google maps for some reason does not properly provide a good location, it is nextto an ALLO MON COCO, if that helps. Read more
The ice cream is always good and the service is great and fast!
Terrible customer service. I spent 80$ in 2 days and they wanted to charge me 50 cents extra for a waffle cone when I spent 10... minutes explaining to the cashier the type of cone I want. They actually chose to throw away the ice cream but not to give itto me because of 50 cents.The manager named Megan was the one in charge.My children are upset but I am never going there again. Like all the other Chocolat Favoris locations, I love thé decor and customer service. Enough indoor and outdoor seating to... accommodate even during a busy weekend day. However, the prices are outrageous and the chocolate dipping is very thick, makingit overly sweet to actually enjoy a full cone (my kids picked the cotton candy flavour in the picture).
