Idk what it is about this place specifically but they always make my food wrong. I order very simple sandwiches, like a grilled... cheese or a tomato and mozzarella. Often they put the wrong cheese. One time they put bacon on when I definitely didn't wantthat and today they made a red pepper and mozz sandwich instead of tomato. The two don't even sound anything like each other. Iorder simple things because I don't like a wide variety of foods. Every time you mess my order up I can't eat what I paid for.If you're going to charge borderline ridiculous prices you shouldn't make so many errors time and time again. Thanks forabsolutely nothing. I love Chatham Sandwich. They are consistently great and never disappoint. I usually have a specialty sandwich - either the... sliced eggplant or the smoked turkey. I?ve also enjoyed a regular turkey and cheese sub. And don?t forget about their breakfastsandwiches - totally good, too! It's a neighborhood sandwich shop which is a Chatham landmark. Great outdoor seating, friendly service. However their quality of... food has gone down it seems. I just ordered a sausage peppers and onions hot sandwich, and it was not the quality I rememberfrom a couple of years ago. I could taste nothing but salt , it was so salty. I remember the sausages used to be flavorful, youcould taste the sweet and the spiciness , the onions used to be caramelized to perfection. Love the large menu and convenience of this place! My office moved in a few months ago down the block and this is my go to... lunch stop. Great variety, quality and portion size for the price. Also, the online ordering is perfect for me. I can put inan order and be back working at my desk in 15-20 mins, never have had an issue. Staff are always friendly and even know myname. Great lunch! This sub shop was buzzing with people during a Friday lunch hour! My boyfriend and I headed in for the sloppy... joes. We decided on the roast beef and Swiss. We were happy to find a booth to sit in because we were meeting a friend forlunch. She came and ordered the BLT. Both of the sandwiches were huge! Just the right amount for a lunch. We could hardly fitthe sandwiches in our mouths. Lots of filling on each of them. The taste was incredible. A nice experience in a clean sub shop.Good, fast service. Would definitely return. Read more
