Can't believe it actually tasted good yesterday evening Sept 27,2022! The chicken had flavor and was moist and finally after... weeks without, they had macaroni salad and it wasn't half empty this time for once. They young man at the drive thru cash wascourteous and did a good job! Read more
I ordered two plant based sandwiches combos. I appreciate their politeness but when I went home bun was hard and there was no... lettuce on sandwich. I call the store they said we are out of lettuce. Every time I get food from this location (specifically the Ultimate Box) they ALWAYS forget a different item EACH and EVERY... time! it is quite frustrating and irritating as I would much rather prefer to have a FULL meal and not have any items missing.Most of the time they forget the utensils and the included cookie but on occasion they have forgot the gravy and the sauce ofchoice but THIS time they forgot to add in the macaroni as each time I order the Ultimate Box I always get macaroni AND a smallgravy. I'm getting sick of this continuing to happen every time I order from this location and I'm sure it has happened to manyothers and they are sick of it as well It is ridiculous that it even happens because people aren't getting their monies worthfor their meal and some people don't wanna drive back and waste gas just to get 1 or 2 missing items they would rather have itright then and there in the drive thru! I know mistakes happen sometimes but after 3 or more times is a mistake too many and itneeds to end! The girl at the window was almost too nice ..it was kind of strange. The food was not up to par. We ordered 2 combos . One fry... was piping hot other was ice cold. The chicken on the sandwich tasted like it was a couple hours old. The bacon was not cookedproperly , very rubbery . The fries had a horrible aftertaste..... like the oil they are using is bad .
