Loved the his bakery originally, but am disappointed in the service at times. Most especially the most recent change not even... allowing online breakfast orders save a breakfast sandwich we don?t want. Sorry to give my money to a drive through instead,when we would like to buy local. We don?t have time to drive there to find out if things are available during our morningroutine. Read more
Poor experience with food quality lead to a very poor experience with the owner/management. Visited in store around 8:30am on a... Friday to disarray and a stressed out worker. No worries, made my selection from the limited items and got a loaf of slicedbread (chose 9 grain as that was the only one cool enough to slice). Worker was apologetic for the lack of items and wasappreciative of someone being understanding. Get home and we are not at all impressed with the quality. The scones are rockhard, tiny, stale and worse of all - flavorless. The chocolate croissant is stale. The muffin is meh but fine. I realize shedidn't slice the bread before we checked out, oh well. Oh wait, it was pre-sliced that is great! Not very good and has an oddcrumble to it though. We spent around $33 on 2 scones, 2 muffins, 2 croissants, and the loaf and only the muffins were reallyedible. We were concerned that these were leftover items as they were far from fresh tasting. So, I called Bread and Butter andspoke with the worker that checked me out - I wanted to speak to a manager to get the situation resolved but nobody wasavailable on a Friday morning. I wanted to know if I had to bring the items back for a refund and she was flustered as shedidn't really have an answer for me. After we talked for a little bit she was able to pull up the order and thankfully chose tojust refund it over the phone - rather than having to wait for a manager to reach out to me. She was exceptionally helpful inthis as reading other reviews indicates they do not often give refunds. I reached out to the emails I could find to inquireabout a receipt of my refund to ensure it was processed. The owner/management emailed back and was fairly dismissive butstandard in their approach. They assured me we did not receive leftovers and that they would approach the employees to fix theseissues. They thanked me for bringing this to their attention. This place has gone SO downhill in the past year. Our gruyere scones should NEVER have even been put out let alone given to us.... Absolutely tiny, cold, and hard. No fresh bread ready at 9 am. Out of SO many things on their website and in person. They'rejust not making anything. They are ALWAYS rude. Will absolutely never be back and was extremely tempted to just take the box ofpastries that we got this morning (that was more than our dinner last night) to get a refund. Quaint little bakery that we stumbled upon in Red Bank TN. Cinnamon rolls are a little more dense?with a lot of frosting. Loved... the breakfast pockets! Also check out the day old items for $1. Fresh drip coffee from a local establishment was a bonus. Read more

Everything about this bakery is fabulous. If your there in October, get the pumpkin skull scone. Otherwise, I recommend coming a... little later in the morning right when the bear claws come out. They're usually made with apple butter, and they're worth beinglate to work over. Read more
