I'm semi new to this area. With that being said I'm an avid wing lover and am very particular about how they are prepared.... Crispy,sauce on the side, and blue cheese. Not ranch but blue cheese. A friend suggested I try Diamonds so I did. I was a littlesurprised when I first walked in because I from a very small town in Alabama and it's very rare to see a crowd as diverse as theone i saw when I entered. It was a beautiful sight and I was speechless. I sat at the bar and was greeted with a warm welcomeand smiling faces. We chatted and she got a feel for what I liked and made suggestions. I got an order of wings of course but Ialso tried a chicken wrap and let me just tell you. All of my food came out fresh and no doubt delicious. I was beyondimpressed. And the fries. Oh man the fries deserve a review all their own. I've been going here and there since then for a overa year now and would and have been highly recommending it to any and everyone I talk with about food. Went tonight, had trouble finding a clean empty booth. Had to wait 5 minutes to be greeted, only to be told they have no menus... and I need to scan a QR code. It didn't work and I had to Google the menu. Their menu has changed 3 times since I moved here.They no longer have weekly specials. They removed my favorite burger from the menu. It doesn't matter what you order it will alltaste like ash because there is no non-smoking section and their air filters are not enough to handle the customers'cigarettes. If this was a dive bar or just for pool nights I wouldn't care as much. When I bring up their website I'm greetedwith "Not your average bar food". Don't set expectations you can't meet. Read more
