This is campus dining establishment that has relatively decent food but is overpriced. The food service is normally fast and I... have never gotten a wrong order or an inconsistent one, but the staff is very unsettling. The few times I have gone forbreakfast they have been unkind and not welcoming, largely due to the fact that the university will not pay its workers a livingwage. This has led to unqualified and ignorant workers in their dining establishments that severely negates the campus diningexperience. Getting food from here is a nerve wracking experience. Read more

Tried to get bagels for a huge group of people, and like someone else said they didn't have stuff to make most of what I was... going to order. I ultimately ending up leaving with nothing. Hello, My daughter attends UTC and uses her meal swipes to eat. There are three staff members working there. Two are nice and... there is one that is extremely rude (she thinks its the manager). My daughter has witnessed many occasions where she has been sorude to the students and it has not been justified. She has kicked students out after they have swiped for their meal so theyhave used a meal exchange without getting to eat. My daughter had a spinal tumor removed from her spine 6 months ago atVanderbilt Hospital. She was carrying her heavy book bag and set it down on the sofa that is in there. The rude lady startedyelling at my daughter and asked if she lived in barn. My daughter said no sorry ma?am I had back surgery and metal in back andmy bag was heavy. She was so embarrassed. The lady said not today honey don?t want to hear it! The worker kept on and on tryingto embarrass my daughter. That is just one example of many. I just thought you should how your store is running.
