If you are fine with putting in your order and picking it up at the counter when your name is called, Maple StreetBiscuit Co is the choice. Pretty good meal for the price! Not too expensive. The biscuits were not dry at all. The sausage gravy was delicious and... actually had little chunks of sausage in it. Fantastic breakfast location with tons of seating for any sized party. We went during a weekday so the line was fairly short and... the restaurant wasn?t overly busy. The staff were very friendly and encouraged us to participate in the question of the month(or week?) for which our answer was used as our order name. From the perspective of someone who grew up in the south and hasnever left, their grits were FANTASTIC. The bacon was crispy and the egg was cooked well. Got there on a Sunday morning. The seatings were not full, but a line was formed outside of the restaurant. The ordering system... was not efficient, makes you wonder if this is done on purpose. Ordered a popular item on the menu, and waited another 10-15minutes. The combination of fried chicken strips, goat cheese and sweet and sour sauce on a biscuit is quite interesting, andtastes good. Would definitely try other items on the menu if I am in the area again. But only if the weather is good. I took astar off for its unnecessary long line. Read more
