Food doesn't seem fresh. Small portions for the price and employees and managers seem to try to create issues with customers.
Went to this Panda Express location at Northgate Mall in Hixson with friends. Inside was dirty and not maintained. Also napkin... dispenser was empty and had to ask for it to be refilled. Booth we were in Had one side way too close to the table so only superskinny adults or small kids would fit (table and booth bolted to the floor so unable to adjust it). Staff acted like "robots"with no personality and unhelpful. Also tried to charge me extra $2.50 because I asked for 2 of the same entree (ordered platewhich comes with 2 entrees and side) . Ended up only getting one entree and one side (poor tasting and dried out noodles) and 3overcooked and dry cream cheese wontons. Paid over $11 for it too! For that price, I could have had a much better quality mealwith larger portions at the Hong Kong Chinese restaurant near my house or gone to Buffet King within walking distance of thisPanda Express location. I've been to other Panda Express locations in other cities and states and had much better quality foodand service than this one. The food was dried out and old tasting. I went in around 4:30ish for an early dinner with my two kids. I ordered a bowl with... beef and broccoli and chow mein . I had only maybe three pieces of beef and the three I did have were chewy and soggy. My chowmein was dry with no flavor and cold by the time we got to the table. I ordered orange chicken and fried rice for my children.The rice was under cooked and cold with no flavor. It was so bad we couldn?t even eat it and left to go to another restaurant.Do better Panda!!! Read more
This is a GREAT Panda Express to visit I came here for some dinner on a Sunday the food was GOOD and the staff were also GOOD to... deal with I wish we had these places back in the UK to use. Thank you. Read more

I love Panda Express, but this location isn't the best. I've been here twice and both times, the food tastes off. I'm not sure... how to explain the taste, but it's almost like old or dirty. Hopefully they are cleaning regularly. I always get the noodles,sesame chicken and spring rolls, and it all tastes off to me. I eat Panda Express often, so I'm familiar with what it tasteslike, and the other locations i have been to are perfectly delicious, but this location needs a check-up to make sure everyoneis doing everything properly.
