Food was good but this Red Lobster in Hixson is nasty as far as cleanliness! The ceiling is BLACK with dust and dirt! The floors... were sticky, booth was worn. The environment felt really dirty! I will go to the one on Gunbarrel for now on. Read more
Had a better experience at this Red Lobster location in Hixson. Server was great (shout out to Josh who took good care of us). ... Food was good, but they had to redo my baked potato as they put things on it I had specifically asked them not to. Shrimp was alittle larger than we've had in the past at Red Lobster as it generally is very small and not much larger than popcorn sizeshrimp. Interesting note: the couple sitting across from us had ordered lobster. Well, they didn't bring them a shell crackerso they could crack open the lobster shell. When they asked for a couple of them, the manager told them they only had onelobster shell cracker! The restaurant was not very full or busy and as far as we could tell, nobody else was eating lobster orcrab either. How can a restaurant called Red Lobster that also has a huge tank full of live lobsters located by the front doorwaiting area only have a single lobster shell cracker? That is just very odd! It didn't affect us, thankfully, since we didn'torder lobster or crab, but if we had, I guess we would have had to share the cracker with another table! Read more
