It was busy but the food was hot and correct. My best friend is a vegan and they continue to get her order right every time.
This is not the first time or second or third time I've had an issue with this Taco Bell. However this time they really got to... me. They will not give you a receipt because they know and will gladly let you know when you complain that they do not givereceipts out because they mess up all the time. This time my crunch wrap tasted like raw almonds because the tostadas where old.The only reason I know this is because when I called and waited for the tenth ring was for the STORE MANAGER to straight tell meher staff gave us over 24hr old tostadas!!!! I asked her if I needed my receipt because via lasy mess up they never give themout she said no because this is a normal. Coming from another fast food chain and being a GM this is absolutely disgusting. Whatkind of GM acts like this is normal and completely nonchalant about the matter? We are all understaffed and under appreciatedhowever I would let product go out way out of date to a customer. Be better. Read more

Sat in line for a hour. Got to the speaker they asked me to hold. I sat another 10mins before I asked if my order could be... taken. They lady over the intercom was super rude & told me there was a McDonald's down the road. I asked if she was givingMcDonald's their business. The lady said if you can't wait yes I said I already been sitting here& she then said for me to leaveor she will call eh cops. This lady even tried offering me a job with her lol my job would never tolerate such poor customerservice. So I went to McDonald's, no problems. This taco bell just lost my business. Read more

This place is a joke! Came through December 8th @ 1am to pick a door dash order up. In front of me was a man in a bike(motor)... well the guy on the speaker told him he had to be in a car. Well I ended up paying for dudes food because I have personally seenpeople walk through this drive thru and order without being denied. Anyways we get to the window and I asked why they deniedhim and not the others. With a hateful response I get "I'm not losing my job over some dumb person" then when asked what hisname was, he said whatever he wanted it to be as we drove off he threw pepper packets at my window .
