If i could give it no stars i would, it?s very rare i write a bad review on a place but i know waffle house wont acknowledge it... but to future customers - don?t even bother. Ever since the location change, it has been HORRENDOUS. My boyfriend and i wereregulars at the old waffle house across from the covenant motel and never had a problem with our food, waitress or the cook.This new one has poor service, waitresses with attitude who are passive aggressive? on the off chance you get a waitress who?sgood, the food is incorrect or cold. Today we went, half our food came out first. The waffle I ordered never came and sat on thebar even as we were leaving. His hash brown bowl came out 15 minutes after his waffle and was half full. Drinks had no syrup,tasted like pure carbonation. it was crowded but that?s no excuse considering there were 6 waitresses, some of them were arguingwith the other waitresses right there in front of customers. our waitress disappeared for 15 minutes in the middle of our mealand from that point on i knew we would NEVER visit this waffle house again. We we're greeted through the window before we came in the door. Our server was very nice. It's a hard one to explain, the... place looked like it had been overrun. Half of the tables still needed to be bussed and cleaned. Our server spent most of hertime collecting the dishes while we were there. Orders came up and made it to the table but were still waiting in on side itemsto make it. No refills on drinks. Overall it wasn't a bad experience just had room for improvement. Let me just say this the food was great. Charles was great. Ben was great. The waiter Bryan was definitely not great. He was... rude and definitely not attentive to his tables. We sat for 15 minutes without so much as being acknowledged. After we ordered,we still wanted 10 minutes on our drinks. He never came back to the table other than to bring us our check. Read more
