DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I constantly disappoint myself by ordering from this location. The food is wrong LITERALLY... every single time. I'm not asking for much, just a few ingredients in a bowl. Apparently that's not possible with the peopleworking at this location. The place is always dirty. The employees always have such an attitude. Also, I saw two employees chasea man out of the restaurant and jump him. Came back in like nothing happened. I was appalled and definitely didn't feel safe.This location is complete trash and many of the employees could care less for providing anything more than a terribleexperience. Read more
Not sure what's going on at this location, but the staff isn't assisting the needs for the customers. Rice is over cooked,... everything was warm/almost cold. I have visited 3 times in 2 weeks and it has all been the same. Some staff members are rude,catching attitude for repeating an order ? This location needs training all around. This location is awful. I frequent this place and I shouldn?t. The rice maker was broken, then on another occasion you could... only order online. The staff is lazy. Once in the middle of lunch hour a worker was texting while people were waiting in line.Another time the place was quiet and not one worker came out to clean tables or sweep. The place is so dirty and they don?tclean it well. The only reason this is still in business is the location. I?m sure they could do so much better if they haddecent management. I love Chipotle, I truly do, but so does everyone else. The problem with this location is whether I'm going in to eat for myself... or trying to do my work as an uber driver, this place is always overly busy and struggling to keep up with the workload, and theworkers don't go above and beyond to help those with takeout orders know when their order is ready. All they do is set the bagson the takeout table and make the customers figure out what bags were just put down. If you plan on going here, don't orderonline, go into the store.
