We decided to eat here for an early dinner on our way home from Buffalo. We got it and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated.... There's 5 of us (3 kids 2 adults).half the restaurant was empty so couldn't figure out why we had to wait. When we did getseated out water was very nice and friendly to all of us. Me and my family are visiting the area. so excited to eat in Olive garden.but we were so disappointing with the service and... cleanliness of the restaurant. We end up waiting for a table 40 min when you could it see haft of the restaurant with emptytables. The restroom was dirty. The room table that we got to seat was dirty. The table was dirty the floor and around us.Thefood was cold, we never got the cup of hot water we asked the server ,bread sticks were so oily. This is nothing like the Olivegarden I'm used too.Not a good experience We couldn't see a manager arround. Read more
Had a great experience today celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. The server was excellent. We got to celebrate with another... table for their family members graduation, then they celebrated with us for our happy birthday. Today was great & the food cameout well. Read more
