It all started when we walked in, there was a nasty stench, and we noticed the staff wasn?t wearing gloves, then we order... biscuts, chicken, fries, and a sandwich. The chicken was greasy and undercooked, the skin was soggy. The fries were white. Whilewe were eating the staff was just socializing, very loudly. I've heard that the American Popeyes chicken sandwich is better than the Canadian version, but I don't see that for myself. If... you park here, be prepared for a potentially long wait to get out as the drive-through line snakes around the parking lot and itcan be challenging to leave in the busier hours. Read more

This is the most poorly-run establishment I have ever come across. I have even attempted to space out my attempts to go here by... maybe a year, hoping they would make improvements by then. But nope. They do not listen, they give you the wrong order or do notinclude items, and they will attempt to overcharge you when correcting the order. Good thing I paid attention to the price onthe menu, asked for a receipt, and was listening to the price they told me, because I called them on it. Luckily she just toldme just give $2 because I wasn?t about to give her my card again. I think a big problem is it appears to be family-run. So, Idon?t trust it getting better.
