Stood at the counter for 10 min with employees looking at me as they walked past. Nobody ever came to take my order so i gave up... and left. Its rite by my job too so i would have been a frequent customer, but after the poor service or should i say completeand total lack of service, i will never return. 1 star cuz i cant give zero. Wow, just wow. I do not recommend this restaurant location in particular. They were not well trained at all. Seems like a huge... failure of the management. There were no rolls made for subs (total of 1 Italian and 2 wheat available), employees did not knowthe vegtables, did not know how to make the salad or the melt. Read more
Better than last time 6+ months ago
I love this subway! Conveniently right by my work BUT I ordered pick up and when I got there the sandwich worker said I didn?t... have any sauce on my sandwich and if I wanted any than I could have some on the side! And it?s amazing how much attention todetail the workers have ?????? He gave me my sauce on the side and my sandwich is perfect! Silly me for forgetting but I am soimpressed by how genuine the customer service was. It?s the little things! Read more
