Horrible customer service! and cashiers lack basic math skills. I had never been so unsatisfied and disappointed in the way... they treated me this last weekend. I placed an order of 3 small milkshakes when there was no line. My receipt said 5 pm on thedot. I went to wait by my car but keeping an ear out for when they would call my number, I noticed like 6 people order rightafter I did and so still patiently waited, I eventually made my way to the back were the pick up window was, PATIENTLY waitedsome more and by patiently I mean I waited and watched while all the other customers who ordered after me got what they hadordered, including food and drinks. Not once did anyone try to reassure me my order was coming and when I went to ask about myorder they just said okay and closed the window on me and still waited some more ! My fiance was so upset by the way I wasbeing treated even the customers witnessed and were saying how unfair it was. We wanted our money back. We had already patientlywaited and was nice and the girl working there as the manager or supervisor whatever she is clearly needs training in customerservice skills, she gave my fiancé the money back but only until he had to get upset and ask for our money back. She had aNASTY attitude and even told him he had to be nice or she wasn?t going to give us our order, at this point we don?t wantanything but our money back. And just to let you know slamming the sliding window and making a scene in front of other payingcustomers isn?t going to do anything except break the window, and drive customers away because of how you treated us. We got carry out but there are outdoor shaded seating options with a marina view. 2 in our party got burgers and they seemed to... enjoy them but they are 14 so I am not requesting a nuanced review at this time. But they ate them happily. When I saw thatthere was a literal "bucket of fries" on the menu had to order it. I would say it was approximately the size of a small/mediumbucket of popcorn at the movies. The fries were FANTASTIC. I wasn't even hungry and ate at least 2 handfuls. They came out hotand fresh, crispy and perfectly seasoned. They were consistent from top to bottom not crispy on top and soggy on bottom. Itseems to be operated by teenagers but somebody around here seems to have taught them how to run a legit burger stand. We wentaround 4pm on a Sunday and it was not too busy but I bet this place has a big following and could have long lines at peaktimes. You can order online but you can only add items not subtract them so the order online option needs work and would be MUCHappreciated for us tech types with truly weird orders.
