Have been going to ultimate pizza for a while for chicken and pizza. Yesterday they failed to make my Detroit style pizza the... first time, the bottom fell out. So I waited 25 minutes for a new one. Got home with the ?corrected? pizza to find it wasstill half raw inside. The 2nd pizza that was getting cold for 30 minutes had the wrong toppings. I called and they told methey would refund the money today. When I got there they said I had to call the online ordering company they use, so there wasanother wasted 25 minutes and the fuel for the drive. Won?t be going back again. Too many disappointing experiences with thefood and now with the customer service. My advice is to go somewhere else. Read more
Tried to stop in for chicken...was told they only have spicy chicken to go..if I wanted regular I would have to call in an... order. WHAT? Never heard of a chicken place not having both ready. Won't go there again..... Read more
