As a manager of across the street I frequently observe. People denied from the abnormal closing hours. Close whenever they want.... The gm/manager needs to get there chit together. As I Ran a restaurant during pandemic they can't blame it on the labor. Theymanlady in the blue shirt denied my service in the lobby. Said was closed howd I get in? They manlady said we are hiring? I saidthe lobby was open. I should be served. They said drive thru. Why would I. I'm right here. She said wendys regulations lobbyclosed. at 4:55. Instead of talking to her employees she took it out on me. Politely I said I should be served. She said Ishould be sued. Very rudely. Worst service experience ever!!! Read more
Hours listed closed at 9p...we sat at drive through window at 7:55p for a couple minutes. A few cars arrived behind us.... Eventually I drove up to window due to no service at the speaker. A short, older woman in a Wendy's uniform came out, walking toher car.. she had to of been carrying 3 large, what appeared to be to-go Wendy's bags, filled. I rolled my window down,questioning if someone was was working the drive-thru. She said, "we close early, no one working." Absolutely the worst Dunphy to eat at in Chelseam told them SEVERAL times PLAIN hamburger. Go to ear it and it's got everything... on it. It's only burgers not rocket science. Read more
The computer wasn't working, so when we pulled up to pay, the kid said cash only. We just waited 30 minutes for our food and we... can't use a debit card, cash only??? Should we be told that before we order maybe? Just saying. We ended up getting the orderfor free though. I shouldn't complain, but it was horrible. Just a bad experience all around.
