High school kids whom work there can't make a Plain cheeseburger without ketchup smh.... Fries all over floor while there... working inside. Fries always cold n never hot as they should be. Placed an order through doordash. My two cheeseburger meal was covered in BBQ sauce??? So someone didn't change their gloved... after handling a mcrib?? So employees don't change their gloves between different orders? Pretty gross. There were BBQ fingerprints all over the wrapping and on the bread of one of my cheeseburgers. Read more
Mobile Ordered, and pulled to the 2nd window to receive my food. Was almost handed the wrong drink, and that's no biggie. But it... was the manager or assistant manager or something. So, instead she turned to the normal drive-thru employee to ask why he didn'tclear the previous order. He said he was helping another customer (no biggie). She proceeded to say it takes 5 seconds to clearit (why couldn't she have done it then?), and continued to yell at the employee. All with the drive-thru window opened so Icould hear it all. Great customer service lol. After she spent another minute ripping this employee, she walks away, theemployee then starts to help me while she appears to keep yelling from the kitchen. 0/10 on customer service from that employee,but for the one who actually helped me and got me the correct drink finally 10/10. I might also recommend taking a look at themanager or whatever because they made such a small task seem like it was the end of the world for no real reason. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They will make you pull up even if you're the only car there and they consistently forget... something so you have to go in to tell them. This morning my husband went in and they locked the door behind him and told him togo through the drive thru. They refused to serve him. As a whole this location is the worst and we have been to golden archesacross the country. You're better off going down a block to the other burger place. The one with the smiley star. Read more
