THIS REVIEW IT?S MORE THAN OVERDUE! I have refrained from leaving a review for this place because it had a few very rude and... obnoxious staff. It looks like the owner, who is an extremely hardworking woman has decided to cream her staff and only keep thebest. Here you will find the best afternoon parties in town, great cocktails and wine selection. Food is pretty good too. If youare lucky, you will get Carlos as your bartender. He is the best bartender in Fire Island, so don?t miss having a drink withhim. Stay a little longer and you will get to see the best Drag queen shows on the planet. My wife and I got married last week and went to Cherry Grove for a mini honeymoon. I've been going for many many years, and... Cherry's has always been a staple and a fantastic time. The food is always great, the entertainers are always fabulous, and thestaff is always above and beyond. Kelly, Carlos, Todd, and the other bartenders and waitstaff give a hundred percent at alltimes, absolute gems. And Jacque, the owner, has gone out of her way for me on several occasions over the years, including forour wedding, and I can't say enough good things about her and what she has built at Cherry's. My wife and I thank you all fromthe bottom of our hearts for starting off our marriage with such beautiful memories. Cheers to many more years to come!!!! Read more
