I online ordered for pickup two burritos for my mom and I, she got barbacoa and I got sofritas because I am a vegetarian. The... burritos were labeled correctly, I bit into the plant based one to have a mouthful of beef. This was really upsetting and I amgrateful to have noticed before swallowing. I had to go through a whole process of messaging robots and waiting on hold to get arefund of $25 instead of two free burritos. Other than that, the place is not cleaned well and smells gross. I?ve been to waybetter kept chipotles with caring workers. While the workers I spoke to were concerned, the woman who made my burrito overheardeverything and acted completely nonchalant. You guys seriously need to do your job right, it?s not a professional job but you?rerespectable as long as you do your job right. And in my case, I?m checking all my food orders before eating them lol. Update:just got told from a friend that their vegetarian chipotle order had meat as well. The workers dont seem to care here. I walked in and was told i needed to order online. I placed my order on the app and watched... them fill the order. They forget numerous items and ingredients in my order. After correcting them 3 times, i left with my orderstill missing lettuce in the bowl. Make sure to check your order. First off, the burrito was cold it was terrible, had nothing I wanted in it. The burrito bowl had absolutely nothing in it at... all. Not a drop of food just a bowl, the chips were stale and guacamole molded.i highly advise not to order from unless you wantyour tastebuds to be killed. I got off work and drove all the way to chipotle just to find out they were closed, I?ve been at work all day and was extremely... disappointed. Just as I was about to walk away, Elijah, opened the door and informed me they are taking online orders only. Icouldn?t get my online order to work, and he went out of his way to let me inside and prepare my food himself.
