Didn't hear the guy on the speaker right and he yelled aggressively when he went to correct me, ended up leaving
0 stars should be an option. Absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I was given frozen food (not even the right food!) and... my drink was solid ice even after I asked for "Light ice" only. Will drive to literally any other dunkin moving forward. Read more

My iced caramel latte was made completely incorrect there was no caramels whatsoever. Also whoever was taking my order at the... drive-through was one of the rudest drive-through attendant I have ever seen. She couldn?t hear me order, she never gave me atotal she was very abrupt. The person taking my payment was rude as well. When I attempted to tell them I felt as if they couldhave better customer service they gave me a dirty look and didn?t respond. I even went as far as attempting to call to speak tothe manager who I believes name was Carmen and no one ever answered the phone.
