Best food I've had in a long time. Had gotten the beef fried rice and tried out the tea. The rice was nice and full of flavor... and the tea was a nice and refreshing palate cleanser. Definitely would keep this place in mind and definitely would go backhere again. Read more

I went to Hong Kong Fusion with a few people from work who had previously been here. I was really anxious to try the food and... experience the Tea. Peter, the owner is a super nice guy and cares deeply about his customers. He spent a lot of timeeducating us on the various teas and the history behind them. His service was excellent and the food was amazing. We ordered acouple appetizers along with egg rolls and our entrees. I am telling you everything we ordered tasted great. Very nice owner. The tea tasting was great. It was our first time tasting 70 year old tea. The food was great as well. The... string beans and the shrimp and scallops were great.
