I want to thank Sophia! We arrived at the store and it was already closed. I had promised my daughter to take her out for her... favorite treat of the week-a chocolate vanilla twist. Sophia was so kind and opened up the store just for my daughter and Ican?t thank her enough. Not too many people would go the extra mile especially after the store was closed. Understandably, all Rita Italian ice places offer the same products and prices so it interesting to see how the service is... compared to others. Took my son and there was a long line. The two guys servicing the customers were awesome and never gotstressed. They were even very apologetic were they had to refill the custard. They took care of the customers in nice time whilebeing so professional. Great work! Will come back. Read more
This location was absolutely horrible today!!!! There were so many children working there the water ice was horrible!!! They... were all over while one stood and ate an ice cream cone while waiting on customers!! I won?t return to this Rita?s!! There wasno structure or order!! Absolutely horrible service. Waited in line for 25 minutes (why? I really wanted some ice cream) Finally got up to the window... and the person behind the counter couldn't even give change if you paid in cash. I will never go back and if your are smart, youwill never go in the first place. Read more
