Went here for the first time, and got the pulled pork sandwich, loaded hog fries with pulled pork and the hog platter!... Everything was so fresh, flavorful and delicious. My boyfriend and I went around 5pm and it was a pleasant time. The place was very clean and employees were friendly. Prices were... very reasonable. We ordered the Hog platter which came with ribs, brisket, pulled pork, fries, cornbread, and Mac and cheese,also wings. However, the food was cold/room temperature and took away from the quality of the meat. The pulled pork and brisketwere very dry, sauces helped. Cornbread was dry and no sweet flavor. Ribs were tasty and good sauce proportion but cold. We gottequila lime and the competition flavor for our wings. Wings were the best. Unique flavors, very tender and big wings. Ribs are outstanding and must be what they are known for. 2. Beef brisket,3. Pulled pork, 4. Chicken. We did not order sausage. For sides, 1. the Mac and cheese disappeared first and I did not sampleany. 2. Baked beans were excellent 3. Potato salad, 4. Green beans were not very good but also hard to prepare in bulk.
