Recently moved to Cherryville Me and my fiancé ate a late supper(around 7:20pm) tonight, there was 5 tables including us not... very busy at all. We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and chicken Parmesan. Two people came in after we ordered, I received mychicken Parmesan the two people who came in after us got there calzone and lasagna after eating 3/4 and not being checked onfrom anyone 30-40 minutes I went to check on my fiancé spaghetti and meatballs. The lady at the counter offered to take it offthe bill I responded with she hasn?t even received it. The waitress never came to even check on us. Once she received herspaghetti the waitress apologized and stated she would be bring the garlic bread back. She never brought her bread at this pointwe had enough so we payed and left. We were not offered a discount or any type of attention to fix the problem just told thatthe ticket ?fell? under the table and the kitchen didn?t see the spaghetti. We received our ticket to pay before we got ourfood. Chances of returning to this establishment after this type of service is likely to not happening. I would not recommendafter tonight. Read more
I had Buffalo Wings. Were supposed to be hot but were mild. They tasted like they had been cooked hours earlier and kept Warm or... microwaved and the meat was tough. As for cleanliness, there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in certain areas. I willnot eat there again. Read more
Went in & was told to seat ourselves. The waitress then helped everyone else including the people that got there after us. We... were there 30 minutes & she hadn't even as much as taken our drink order. Read more
Owner was so rude to the waitress and to myself...after my husband found a piece of metal in his sandwich. Things happen I get... it...but to get so defensive...I was at the register to pay for my lunch..even had the Stromboli in a box..i knew it was gonnabe fine..i had always had good meals there...card in hand. He all but called me a liar...I made sure to be just as ugly to himas he was to me. Do better!! Keep your kitchen cleaner..maybe stuff won't fall in your customer's food.
