This place is below average for Chipotle, the main reason is because half the time thier food has sat out to long with no cover... or they put the burrito together very half ***, they don't try to make sure the food is right. Whenever I've gotten a burritofrom this location I almost always get hard sections of the chicken while at other locations this is extremely rare. Thesethings don't happen all the time otherwise it would be a lower rating as sometimes the burrito is perfect. I hope it's just alearning curve for being a "newer" location. Thank you, Read more

I purchased a burrito at Eden Way Chipotle. It was my first time experience. My burrito was packed with so much steak. It was... delicious. Friendly staff. Lively music and atmosphere. Will return. However the Chipotle near Battlefield blvd.was horrible. Icouldn't order my food in the restaurant. They only took orders online. All the workers had bad attitudes ???? .I'm glad that Ididn't give up on Chipotle, but found another one. Read more
I was DENIED service today at this Chipotle. I walked in around lunch time very hungry and the crew member on the line told me... they were only taking online orders because they got behind. Was it my fault they got behind? No. Do Chipotle restaurantsacross America multitask serving walk-in customers as well as online customers at the same time? Yes. Did they have fresh hotfood with the ability to make my lunch which would have taken 2 minutes. Yes. Why was I denied service? I think it was merelaziness. I'd never had Chipotle before and was pretty excited after hearing so many people rave about it. And man... I do not understand... the hype? I had to pick so many stems out of my food. The food was cold. And FIFTEEN DOLLARS for a single burrito is absolutelyoutrageous. The guacamole that everyone raves about was very average. And totally not worth what you pay for it, at all. I wishI had something nice to say about this place at all. Like, there's not even any friendly or personable staff to save this place.I may go back but so far I'm not impressed. Read more
