I haven't been to City Deli since the owners changed over. But, I will definitely be back. I had the Cuban and it was exactly... like you want a good Cuban sandwich to be. The bread was the right firmness, the 2 types of ham were packed with flavor, thesauce was just the right touch, and the pickle added an awesome crunch. I added a video of Fried Livermush slice Livermush dust in cornstarch shake off excess tablespoon of oil and fry on medium heat... until browned. The longer you cook them the crisper they are.
