Aside from the puny double order of cheese bites, everything was as expected. The BLT had plenty of bacon! Yum! Also, not... pictured, a double chocolate shake that never disappoints. Customer service was as prompt as can be during the dinner rush. Read more
Came here for lunch an hour after opening hours. People were in line at the drive-thru and parked in cars. Both sets of doors... were locked, and no one was taking orders at the drive-thru. I walked up to the window and heard people inside, so I knocked.After several minutes, someone opened the window. I asked if they were open, and she said no, their manager hadn't shown up yet.I let everyone else waiting know, and one of them said this isn't the first time it's happened. So I don't eat at Cookout alot and the only other thing I have is their BBQ and hushpuppies. Love them both! Now I have... discovered their hot dogs. Simple and Delicious, they are crispy and full of flavor. Read more
Hour wait...food was ok. I'll be glad when they stop teaching the expediditor or cook to be stingy with the mayo. Dry burgers.... Shake was good. The guy at check out had a nasty attitude but when I said something he switched his customer service skills intooverdrive. Read more
