I?ve wanted to review this place for such a long time, but have hesitated because I didn?t have the names of the employees who... contribute so greatly in making El Toro Loco the Chesapeake gem that it is. I still don?t have the names because?what can Isay?!?their food is so good, it?s all I can think about!! But it?s time to leave this long overdue review?. How do youproperly review a place like this? It?s not perfect. There?s certainly some variance from day to day in quality, but overall ElToro Loco is an absolute MUST for all residents of the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake. Their food is OUTSTANDING and theirservice is second to none. The management team and the wait staff are just?genuine. amazing. wonderful. kind. caring. interestedin making your lunch or dinner truly a great experience. Is El Toro Loco where you?d take your wife for your 20 year weddinganniversary? No. But for almost every other occasion, it?s a wonderful place to share good food and good times with your familyand friends. Their food is fresh, and it quickly comes to your table. It?s delicious. It?s INEXPENSIVE! Can I say that again?IT?S INEXPENSIVE!! This place is one of our favorite Mexican places in town! The staff is friendly and the prices are good, particularly the lunch... menu. I especially love the enchilada sauce on the cheese enchiladas. It is unique and tastes like it has a nutmeg or cinnamonin it. Read more
Stopped in here for lunch with my uncle a few weeks back it was one of him and his late wife's favorite place to have lunch..
