We were there right at 11 and the food was perfect and brought to our table. I am not able to have ice in my tea and the lady... was very kind to get me another one. Read more
Placed a mobile order and went and picked up the food. We were missing the sauce for the nuggets and a fry, plus the quarter... pounder was made wrong. Drove back up there and told them and they parked me. Lady who handed the food was not caring at all andlooked upset, when I looked in the replacement bag the fries were dumped in the bag and not a single one was in the holder.Seems like they were upset they had to fix a mistake. Did a two separate mobile orders. One order was brought out completely incorrect and then waited 20 more minutes for them to... bring out a crispy chicken sandwich fry and drink. On that order as well we had two sundaes but of coarse the machine was notfunctioning so turn that off of your mobile orders. The second order came out with the drink also waited on that for 20 minutes.There was no sauce no napkins and no real taking ownership of the problem. The staff was causing a big commotion while we ate which was rather distracting. One of the employees, clearly unaware that I... could hear her loud mouth, said to her friend "why are they staring at us?" Probably cause you're being really loud? She thenproceeded to call my friend and I out for "staring" when in actuality we were just wondering why they were being so loud. Wewere incapable of enjoying our own conversations nor could we hear the Taylor Swift tunes that they randomly began to play.They're lucky I come here for convenience of distance otherwise I'd be going to the one over in Great Bridge.
