Disgusting food and worse service! I was given a pizza with RAW dough still. My wife and I could have gotten sick because we had... already eaten a few bites before noticing. The "manager" Jose decided it was funny and did not believe me when I called and toldwith him. He demanded I bring the pizza all the way back to the store before he would refund me. Not even mentioning their messup and almost making us sick. No apology, just didn't care and kept repeating himself until he hung up on me. The whole staffwas rude and unhelpful and full of attitude. Judging by the other google reviews I've read about this location, many people havehad a problem with "Jose".... Do yourself a favor and order from a different location, and if you decide to eat here anyway,avoid "Jose" as he will undoubtedly be horrible if you even politely mention an issue. No one in the kitchen was wearing glovesand they were on their phones while making your food, disgusting! VA Health Dept needs to investigate. Stay away! Read more
I've had some hits and misses with this location. However, anytime there was a miss they have made it right. The food is hot and... service is quick. Even when they are busy, which seems often the case, I have come to expect reasonably quick and good servicefrom this location. The only criticism I would offer is that sometimes the front desk person isn't as polite as I'd like themto be, not rude, but just not polite. Read more
Sometimes my pizza has been fixed perfectly, but many times it has not. Most recently, received 2 pizzas with very limp crust. ... Seemed as if they poured on sauce and threw the toppings on a lightly pre-baked crust. Read more

This Pizza Hut in Churchland is not worth your order. They are consistently out of their menu items, delivery times are hit or... miss (anywhere from 40mins to 3hrs), you can never get ahold of them to address anything about your order, and when you do theystraight up lie to you when you call out errors in your order (when asked why I was never called about an item that they wereout of stock on to see if I wanted to replace it with something else so I could actually FEED EVERYONE AT MY HOUSEHOLD, they liesaying Customer Service tried to call like everyone in this day and age doesn't have their own call history/call log on theircell phones). Pizza Hut has been my go-to for fast and easy pizza, and as an Active Duty Military family, we've had our share ofgood and bad experiences with them across the country... But this one here in Churchland in the Suffolk, VA area is by far theWORST I've ever had an experience with. I wish they weren't my delivering Pizza Hut, but they are the only option I have in thislocation. You are better off picking up (and if you do order at all, go out of your way to go to another one, and don't go tothis store. Don't give them your business). Read more
