My family (7year old & 8year old & wife) went on a Friday, and there food was ok they said. My food on the other hand was... nothing like the menu said and it was burnt. Pic are included. So when the manager found out I changed it to the salmon whichshe said she cooked and that was under cooked. So the only thing that was injoyable was the salad bar. So I just paid and left. Don't know if we will go back. But this was my experience and You'll have to go and try it for yourself. But I hope thesepictures help. Read more

The customer service should?ve been better and the food wasn?t good. We ordered the bourbon chicken entree (dry)& it looked like... they split the chicken breast between me & my sister!??????????? I ordered mashed potatoes & corn on the side. Would you believethe corn had no butter or seasoning to it? just bland like it came straight from the can! I don't normally say anything bad about a place. However, I will not be returning to this ruby Tuesday's. When we tried to order... there were a lot of things that were not available that were on the menu. I understand, we ordered other things and we wereinformed about some of the things we ordered, " That will be an extra charge" which is fine even though I can see that on themenu. I became a little frustrated after the 3rd or 4th time the waitress told us this about different items. The food was ok.Not the best we have ever had. The waitress was very attentive, to her other customers. We however had to keep stopping otherworks to ask for thinks like refills and even the check. The waitress did manage to stand there over my shoulder after someoneelse brought us to go plates while we were getting ready to leave and pay, that is until I handed her the money and waved heraway. I was very upset with the way we were treated there and the fact that at least our waitress seemed to be in the mindsetthat we could not afford to eat there. Read more

Had great service on a Thursday night. The bartender was pleasant, nice, friendly and gave good advice. Everything was... delicious. We order the Berry Red Sangria was excellent, also the relaxer. The full rack rib with the dry rub was on point ??. The ultimate crispy sandwich was good but didnt add queso sauce on the sandwich, nor onions or tomatoes. I ate everything.
