Waited in line for 10 minutes. Waited another 20+ minutes after they took my money. After 30 minutes of burning gas waiting in... the drive thru lane they come out tell me that the ice cream machine in not working, so no milkshake with my dinner and still nofood either. Horrible service. 40 min for 2 blasts and a milk shake. It?s 9:40pm got here a little after 9pm on 6/24/22. You have officially... replaced McDonald?s in Williamsburg as the worst fast food experience ever. It?s now 10:06pm and we have received two wrongorders. This is abject incompetence. We are leaving.
