Service is absolute trash. Place is near my home and one of the few restaurants that delivered throughout the pandemic.... Needless to say, I ordered from them regularly. They have made small errors before, but nothing I couldn't deal with, so I letit slide. However, after today, I won't spend another dime there. How do you mess up a salad? How do you manage to forget everyvegetable that should be included with the salad BUT the lettuce? And furthermore, when you're made aware of this mistake, howis the answer not as simple as "we will replace it". Instead, I was made to feel like the mistake was MY FAULT, and even worst,I was told that "I could drive back up there to get the missing vegetables..." Lol. Seriously? I should leave work a SECOND timeto come get the veggies y'all forgot? Ok. Don't worry about it. No longer spending my money where it isn't valued. I'll find anew "family" restaurant with much better service. But if you eat here, check your food first. Trust me, they're bound to messup something. Smh. Read more
