Customer service was very poor l stood there for at least 10 minutes before anybody ask to serve me at least four people walked... by me didn?t say a word , finally I asked for my order, The One girl showed me where the order was and then They all begin tolaugh because I didn?t know that it was sitting there. 9/3/22 @ 12:26pm - sitting here now. Walked up to the counter ready to place my order and the 1st employee (standing directly... behind the cash register) was busy on her cell phone which was sitting on the counter. She looked up and instead of greeting usshe yelled to someone in the back of the kitchen area. 2 other employees were huddled in the back...definitely not working. Service is really bad. Asked for the receipt as the total price was higher than should be. Asked the cashier to double check but... she had no clue how to do it. Another guy (non-manager) came in and admitted the combo price didn?t come through and told me tocome back when the manager is there to get refund or store credit. Really?? I have to waste gas and come back to see themanager? I?m usually not the one who writes the bad reviews but this was not a pleasant experience. Oh, I added tips at thebegging too. Stood at the counter for several minutes while worker said nothing and had instagram open. Waited on purpose for some sort of... acknowledgment and never got it. Got my baja wrap and the second half was filled with avocado?..that doesn?t even come on thewrap initially. Can?t say for certain if it was done on purpose but I find it odd that the ?accidental avocado? was added to oneside.
