We were recommended this place by a friend saying the sushi was really good. Waiter was kind, we ordered two sushi rolls which... were good but we decided to order regular food as well? I got the pan fried chicken with the jasmine rice. This was not good atall the chicken had absolutely no flavor the mushroom it came with was disgusting and made me feel nauseous. This place is notgood for anything other than sushi and some of the appetizers?the crab Rangoon was delicious! Read more

Cafe Sado has been my go to sushi restaurant on Kent Island for years now. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. The only... issue I saw was the lack of wheelchair access to the restaurant, you have to use stairs to get in. They have very consistentservice and do it with a smile. I have never had to wait for a table, even when they are busy they do a great job accommodatingyou. They have a good variety of food if you are not into sushi, things like fried rice and noodle dishes. The cost is veryfair, especially on the sushi. If you dine in the sushi is buy one get one free. The quality of food is good for the price butit's not going to be the best you ever had, you get what you pay for and I think that's fair. Overall it's a great experienceand perfect for a family or a date night. I recommend it to everyone who visits and anyone who has not been. Read more

This place was recommended by a friend, so we ordered carry out. The quality was extremely average. We had the shrimp tempura... roll, and the shrimp in our roll wasn?t properly cleaned. The California roll had no cucumber. Our favorite was the spicy tunaroll. We also had the crispy crab wontons which were delicious, probably the best I?ve had, though we didn?t eat them until theywere already cold. Read more

I own a transport business as well as a seafood business and I travel the country with my wife and we came to the small town of... Chestertown on a transport and decided on Cafe Sado for dinner. Needless to say we were absolutely blown away. We have eatensome of the best and most expensive food this country has to offer and shockingly enough this small town cafe so far has thebest food in the country. We ordered the appetizer sampler platter, the beef Wellington and 2 different sushi rolls. We walkedout with a takeout box full of food and our stomachs completely stuffed full all for $50 and a the food far beat that of placeswe have spent $200-$300 at. Out of the hundreds of places we have been to and eaten at across the country this place truly hasthe best food and a great quiet atmosphere as well. We?re very picky and have extremely high standards especially for anythingwith seafood since we own a seafood business and have owned a restaurant ourselves. This is my first 5 star review in a longtime but Cafe Sado definitely deserves it. Highly recommend. Read more
