Not a good experience today. Thinking there were staffing issues. Placed phone order they told me 20 mins, actually took 45... mins. We were on the way home from the hospital after being there 9 hours so I would have not even ordered if I had known I'dspend all that time waiting. Used to love this location but after my last few times they have lost a customer! I am extremely disappointed. Pizza and... breadsticks were so greasy the boxes were wet !!!! Also there was no crust so I?m pretty sure they gave us thin crust pizzasover regular pizzas which Is not what I ordered.also on the main page said free delivery for online orders over 30.00 but I wascharged the fee anyway. Ordered a pizza and bread Monday night for delivery. I had been working all weekend and didn?t feel like going back out. I have... emailed the customer support twice so far with zero response. Spent $31 on one pizza and bread because delivery is 6.99 andtipped 5 on my card when I ordered. The driver went to the wrong address, literally a half hour away, and gave me attitudebecause she kept asking for a building number and I kept insisting I do not have one. She ended up realizing she was in Clintontownship and my address is in new Baltimore. Pizza finally got here and it was so cold the cheese was already hardened. But theywon?t answer.
