I've heard a lot of great things about Seoul Taco, and the idea of an Asian-Mexican fusion sounded reallly exciting! So I tried... the taco platter along with some kimchi friend rice. The tacos were pretty soild, it's definitely something new with the meatand the sauce. It was a bit too salty though, and the tacos were a tad too small to be filling enough. I was also prettydisappointed with the Kimchi Fried rice: It had no flavor! Other than the pieces of kimchi with the fried rice and the color,the rice just tasted like rice covered with some oil and a hint of kimchi. Maybe it was just my batch, but I wish it came withmore flavor Still a solid experience! This is one of my top meals in St. Louis. Korean Steak Quesadilla and Kimchi Fried Rice. In hindsight, I should have added... chicken to the fried rice and it would have been perfect.
