This totally HIT THE SPOT tonight for dinner. This is the 2nd time we have had dinner here at Salsa Chicken and it was so yummy.... I got a quarter white meat chicken with yucca and plantains and the yellow sauce is sooooo good! The plantains were perfect,sweet and soft and they give you a white cream cheese kind of dip and it just added to the deliciousness. The carna asada tacoswere yummy as well!
