Food is good but not great. But the store is chaotic. All the staff are clueless teenagers who don?t even know what a ?seasonal... draft? is. When I asked, I was told ?it?s a beer?, but even the manager couldn?t tell me what beer it is. Does anybody here haveany restaurant experience?? Wait for the food could be quick or could take forever. They also ask for a tip as part of thecheckout process before any service is provided. I want my tips back. You have to wait forever to get your food and service is slow but the food is exceptional. I always get the ?shroom burger with... fries; even though i?m not a vegetarian, the fried portobello mushroom + melted muenster is to die for. Read more

The woman serving my food was rude and inconsiderate. I ordered a large drink and she filled it halfway (even less than a small... drink). When asked about why that was, she said ?we ran out? in a rude tone. I was also missing my bacon cheesy fries.Apparently they ran out of cheese which is totally fine, however she had completely neglected to inform me of the inconvenience.No refunds were given and neither were the bacon cheesy fries.
