Was there today 11-09-22 around 10:15am. The woman that got our bagels and cashed us out was very rude and with an attitude, we... felt like we were bothering her. It seemed her cell phone that she had on the counter next to the register with an open websitetook priority. To top it off the bagels were hard. Disappointing experience. Will never go back. I will preface this with - I am a bagel snob?the bagels here were certainly fresh - points for that, but they were SO bland &... had no crisp on the outside. I got everything w scallion cream cheese and it tasted like nothing. A fresher version of a DunkinDonuts bagel (which, imho, should not be considered a bagel). Bagel gets 2 stars On the other hand, the Black & White Cookiewas SO GOOD. I?ve yet to find a place in the greater Boston area that does them well?these are it! I will definitely be back forthe B&W. I enjoyed a turkey sandwich on a sesame bagel twice at this place. I have since arrived at 1:30 PM and after multiple times... ... and sesame bagels are always gone by then... at a bagel place! I ask, "How come your sesame bagels are gone?" and they alwaysrespond, "we keep telling the boss". Once, I arrived at 2 PM and they had NO BAGELS... at a BAGEL PLACE!!!! It closes at 4PM. Anyway, not the end of the world... but what could the downside be here? How much in money/effort would it be toprovide a good variety of your signature product during your posted hours? Read more

Bagels are great, the bacon egg and cheese did not have any flavor which was a downside. Service was a little on the slow side,... but not too bad. Everyone there was kind. It is on the smaller side so not great for sitting. Read more
