This Dunkin has unfortunately messed up my drink several times. One time they didnt add sweetener as requested so I went back in... to ask for some sugar or something and the employees ignored me for almost 10 minutes. Most recently, I showed up for theNational Coffee Day deal. I ordered an iced coffee and a donut, both of which they had run out of.
