I don't know how IHOP did it but they went from the best experience I have EVER had at IHOP to the absolute worst. Seated... quickly but then things went downhill quickly from there, ordered iced tea only to be told at 8:15 pm they had dumped all thetea because they were preparing to close, (at 9:00 pm, I might add), wife asked for refill of coffee at 8:30 pm only to be toldchemicals were already running through coffee makers to clean them, Logan and her fellow employees seemed more interested inleaving for the night than serving customers during posted business hours, food was unremarkable, constantly had to ask forthings, except for the final bill, of course, no manager in sight and no more visits to this IHOP. This happened on 09/25 around 12pm. Do not waste your money here. The management is worthless, she did not bother to leave her... chair to see that the restaurant was chaotic. There was no one greeting at the entrance and my food was already 1 hour behindthe original wait time. They charged me for food they did not have, to complete my order and they did not want to give me arefund. It was a waste of time and money. A McDonald's has more organization and structure. Pleasantly surprised. The last time I came here the service was horrible, food was cold and the dining area was a wreck. Fast... forward 3 years later, first visit since then and it was a complete change. The dining area was better, a lot of tables neededto be cleaned up, but I can't fault the staff for that, it was literally like everyone left at once. Our server was freakingamazing. My water was never left empty and she always updated us on the status of our order, the food was great, yep, it wasgreat. Eggs cooked perfectly, the pancakes were perfect.
