Cheyenne does not have good Chinese food and Panda is my go to because it?s fresh and consistent. Male staff members... didn?t want to open the door at 10:30 and was very rude about entering, ordering and checking on food. He kept saying: ?Foodisn?t ready yet and 10 minutes.? So we weren?t sure if we were even supposed to enter and order.
