With the new management it really is WAY BETTER. We heard about it while away and finally was able to try this sonic again being... back in town. Worth it. We got our food fresh and hot. Really quickly too. The best and easiest sonic experience ever. Read more
I love how this sonic is trying so hard to make a comeback. We went tonight, the order was perfect and the crew was working... hard. There were only 3 staff, and about 7 cars in the drive thru, but they were doing their best to crank out the food asquickly and efficiently as they could. The girl at the window apologized profusely for the wait, but I was more than happy towait a few extra minutes for wonderful food. Great job Zac and your staff! ???????? Read more
THE most ridiculous Sonic I've ever been to. In the past 2 months we have been there 4 times. On ONE visit, we actually were... able to order. The other 3 times were a different story. Twice the service was SO SLOW that we waited for 10 minutes before theline moved enough to get to the order board, and were told, "We'll be right with you". After 10 minutes and several cars behindus driving off, we did as well(Lunch break only allows so much time before reporting back to work). The other time is the mostcomical, as we left literally scratching our heads in disbelief... We were trying to order shakes, and we're told that they wereout of ice cream. We've lived in several states and patronized Sonics in those places, and this Sonic is hands down the worstI've ever experienced. And Owner, please don't reply with an 800 number to call so they know what store I'm talking about. Ifyou are the Owner and are replying, then you OBVIOUSLY know that it's YOUR store I'm talking about. Which explains why thisstore has issues. Read more
After years of not going to this establishment because of poor service, I decided to give them another chance today. We waited... in the drive through between 15 to 20 minutes. Several people behind us drove off. I tried ordering a sonic sunrise and theywere dumb founded. (This is an off menu drink which is simply orange juice, which is on their menu. And cherry limeade, which isagain on their menu) I explained the ingredients and they said they no longer have orange juice because they can't afford it..???? This kid working the drive through was CLEARLY high af. Completely blood shot eyes and seemed confused about everything. Iwouldn't care normally, but my entire order was wrong. Drove back around and went back to the drive through. After we came backto the window the kid who I'm assuming was the manager stuck his head out and asked if we flipped them off. I laughed because Ithought they were joking. They were not. The manager brought out my new food and SLAMMED the window shut. So hard I thought itbroke at first. I have enjoyed Sonic for quite a long time now and they have mostly pretty good food. The two big complaints I would give... however are the fact that they keep removing Cream Slushes from their menu and refuse to make them even though they still havethe ingredients and the fact that their Chili & Cheese Coney has VERY little chili on it now and the cheese is pretty faketasting. I will literally decide to go to Sonic to eat based on My craving for a Cream Slush and when I'm told that they won'tmake one I will just go somewhere else. Read more
