This is one of those places I search to find. I travel for a living and finding good food, great service and an owner out... working the floor are special rarities these days. Google somehow automatically sets a filter for smoking. So the reviews thatcome up first are enough to drive you away. That would be your loss. Those reviews are years old and reflect the previousowner. The new owners have stopped the smoking. It's a great, quaint special place. The service was excellent. The food....Simply surprised both of us. Home made Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Popper should not be missed. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were chunky reds. Not my preference, but others may love them. Beer and wine list is nice AND Reasonable. No400% markups on wine (Thank you!) Try the Saddle Bronc Lager! Adie is one of the best waitresses we've ever had. She made excellent recommendations to us that turned out perfect. She is easy... to talk to and loves her job! The Green Chili Cheese fries were very tasty and and a terrific appetizer which lead up to the"Prime Rib". Cooked to perfection at medium rare that melts in your mouth! Highly recommend!! The jalapeño poppers had the best taste, along with the steak, potato, salad and bread. Melissa was the Best... waitress. First visit to Cheyenne, T-Joe's was recommended by the staff at the KOA just down the road. Appetizers of shrimp cocktail (huge... shrimp!) and cheese curds, which were also fantastic. We ordered the salmon with baker, and a ribeye with broccoli. Both camewith a side salad and some fresh pumpernickel bread that felt like it was fresh out of the oven. Everything was excellent! This place is great. The food was delicious, service was excellent, drinks were yummy, and they are very dog friendly. They even... have a dog run area behind the restaurant off of the patio. The bar is beautiful wood and the seating is excellent. The blackand blue prime rib was delicious and so was the strip steak. We highly recommend! Read more
