Went through the drive thru after driving 6 hours home to get dinner got home and nothing that we ordered was in our bag. We got... a bunch of random items. Worst experience ever at taco bell. I for one will not be going back. You can't even get one singleitem right. After six hours in a car I should not have to drive back to get an order fixed that should have been Right the firsttime. I think maybe you need to start from scratch on employees. Unacceptable. Read more
Gross, gross, gross! I was here weeks ago and it was an empty lobby with dirty tables, open view of the kitchen that just had... pieces of discarded food and trash tossed around (like come on at least throw away anything you *attempt* to sweep up), and Iwatched what seemed like verbal abuse. I literally watched an employee ask to go on break, be approved, make her food and sitdown. (I hadn't finished ordering yet, so it's not like she spent her whole break making the food.) We paid for the meal and theshift lead/manager/whoever started screaming at her from behind the register. Said something along the lines of "Why aren't youbehind the counter helping?" and "Can't you see the customers walking in, that means you need to be here instead of me doingyour job", "you're not allowed to clock in" (paraphrasing). I had gone in to apply for a job; I didn't stick around to see whathappened next, and didn't even bother to ask for an application. Update: I forgot to mention they got my order wrong. Wascompletely missing two desserts, and given three Dortio tacos I didn't even order. Read more
Five stars. This is one of the best Taco Bells I've been to in any city. Always fast, always good quality food, always friendly... helpful staff, always clean. Thanks for making my day easier by not having to worry about if I can make it on time back fromlunch. You guys are stellar. Read more

I know it's ten degrees and a little snow outside. I have been in your shoes before where on a day like this u have no intrest... in going to work. Please remember u may not want to put forth your best effort on a day like this and believes me it shows inthe food. Customers still have to pay full price even on a day like today with no discount.
